One page per photo, flat, in good light, with the whole page in frame.

Common problems
Why weren't some questions marked?
An OMR upload only marks the multiple-choice and assertion–reason questions. Upload written answers for the rest.
A page came out blurry
Retake it with more light and hold the phone straight above the page.
